This October we will be bringing a taste of the Middle East to Asia. Sample an array of middle eastern delicacies in a mezze platter, turkish cigarettes (edible kind) and lamb sharwama just to name a few. I’ll be making the maneesh (flatbread) and felafel from scratch (as will be all dishes) so don’t miss your chance this October to attend and mingle with some other inspiring folks.
Let’s rejoice with the cessation of social distancing measures and feast on an authentic home cooked Sichuanese affair by chef Audrey who hails from her hometown of Chengdu. There will be plenty of alcohol to quench your thirst and some tarot card reading for entertainment. Seats limited so first come, first serve.

In light of current Coronavirus fears, many of you are suffering from ‘cabin fever’ and have asked me to organise a dinner party. To keep the risk lower I will be putting together a smaller scale dinner party this Saturday, kindly hosted by Stefan at his pad in Central on Gleanely (with an amazing rooftop).
Dinner party size will be capped at 8 and I think we are almost full house. So DM me if you want in!
TENTATIVE MENU:
Welcome drink: Buss 509 Pink Grapefruit (Belgium) Gin Tonic
Smoked eggplant dip with tahini
Rosemary roasted almonds with maple and sea salt
Salt-crusted sea bass
Prawns with sumac, coriander and lemon
Shaved brussel sprout and kale salad with lemon maple dressing
Chicken with caramelised onions and cardamon rice

Experience the cuisine from south of France with some rustic, countryside cooking while sipping on wines from an award winning vineyard in Otago, New Zealand. To enhance the cultural experience, we will have a short art tour as an intermission as well as live music performed by Jess from “The Infrequents”
Michelle will be teaching a 3 course hands on Mediterranean inspired cooking workshop limited to 10 participants only. Learn how to incorporate middle eastern spices into your everyday cooking, how to caramelise onions, grill salad and present a beautiful twist to a cold/hot appetiser. Guests are encouraged to dine together and mingle with other guests after class.
Our sold out Sichuanese supper is back, only this time we have a different menu and plenty of crisp white wines to quench down the numbing sensation. We will also have some live music to jazz up the evening. For those who crave authentic Sichuanese (our chef is from Chongqing), don’t miss out on this re-run!
