Recreate a middle eastern meal within the comfort of your own home. Will be teaching lamb kofta, muhumarra dip and how to make your own bazlama bread (no more store bought pita!).
Learn how to replicate two of Carbone’s signature dishes: the gigantic meatballs and a more gourmet version of the vodka rigatoni. We will eat and drink together after class (so treat it as a dinner too but feel free to bring takeaway box).
Learn how to make 3 simple South East Asian dishes that look gourmet (hence make you look like a pro). Will learn how to best incorporate tamarind and curry leaf into your South East Asian cooking as well as make the most delectable black pepper sauce from scratch.

Since we are all dying from cabin fever I may as well organise another cooking workshop. As I genuinely believe you learn cooking best by doing, spots will be limited to 8 people so that each person gets their own workstation shared with another friend (newly made or old).
I will be teaching 3 dishes:
1) Salt baked sea bass (looks harder than it really is)
2) Lemongrass ginger clams
3) Brussels sprouts with black garlic and chorizo
Expect to eat what you make with other classmates (so yes, there is a social element to it)!.
Not only will you learn some new skills but I guarantee you this will be fun. And yes, I’ll bring a bottle of wine too. But feel free to bring some drinks too!

Michelle will be teaching a 3 course hands on Mediterranean inspired cooking workshop limited to 10 participants only. Learn how to incorporate middle eastern spices into your everyday cooking, how to caramelise onions, grill salad and present a beautiful twist to a cold/hot appetiser. Guests are encouraged to dine together and mingle with other guests after class.
