Did you know that 23% of the Hong Kong population (~1.7 million) have a diagnosable mental health condition? Most, of course, is left untreated or not talked about in Asia.

Will be cooking up a storm with a Mediterranean themed dinner party focused on mental health whereby we will have Carol joining us from MindHK to share with us some insights.

As for the dinner party itself, expect nothing less than bright, bold and refreshing flavours. Bond with a curated group of select individuals – each with an interesting story to share – and delight in a night of sheer revelry and entertainment. Leave feeling inspired and (hopefully) having learnt something new.

Come hungry and ready to be fed and delighted. Will have welcome drinks but please bring a bottle too as with most of the dinner parties, the evening is often long as no one really wants to leave.
