Sizzling Sichuan

Hi Guys,

It’s here. Following her popularity amongst my fellow diners, we have once again, arranged for another Sichuan supper club with chef Audrey who hails from Chongqing, her hometown. She will delight – if not numb – your senses with her home-style way of Sichuan cooking.

Welcome drinks and champagne carbonated craft beers will be from Bajiao Society and we will have plenty of sparkling rose and whites to complement the numbing Sichuan peppercorn flavours.

For the extra frills, we have playing card/tarot reader John too to help decipher your lingering questions you may have for the next 3-6 months.

As for the venue, it will be hosted at the wine cellar of The Wine Vault in Aberdeen. I will send out better directions as to how to get there closer to the date.

Last but not least, it’ll be a fun and vivacious crowd.

Time: Welcome drinks will be served 730-830pm. Dinner 830pm onwards.

Price: 1350HKD pp all in. Note that as I need to pay venue and chef costs upfront, I can only confirm your seats upon payment. 3 day refund policy for full refund (read cancellation policy on my website please).
