Will be personally whipping up a Spanish feast with homemade cinnamon churros to boot to celebrate September and just the magical occasion to bring people together over a hearty, home cooked meal.
Let’s rejoice with the cessation of social distancing measures and feast on an authentic home cooked Sichuanese affair by chef Audrey who hails from her hometown of Chengdu. There will be plenty of alcohol to quench your thirst and some tarot card reading for entertainment. Seats limited so first come, first serve.

As you may know, I’m putting together a last minute supper club pop up featuring Middle Eastern Cuisine with a heavy Persian emphasis. As I’ll be catering for a diverse crowd, I’m going to prepare a hearty assortment of meats (lamb, chicken and prawn) so that everyone gets their kick of protein. Will also prepare an assortment of dips and vegetables.
The event will be hosted on the rooftop of 33 Tehama, Soma so we can lounge around and admire the skyline (yes, it has amazing views). I will be making everything from scratch so just ask everyone to chip in 60USD to cover the costs and BYOB.
TENTATIVE MENU:
Dips served with pita/barbari bread:
Kashke Bademjan (Persian Eggplant Dip)
Mast O’ Khiar (Persian Cucumber and Herb Yoghurt)
Family style sharing plates:
Slow roasted spice perfumed leg of lamb with a coriander mint and lime drizzle
Pan-fried sumac prawns with coriander and lemon
Fesenjoon (Iranian chicken stew with pomegranate and ground walnuts)
Iranian jewelled saffron rice
Salad e-shirazi (Persian cucumber and tomato salad)

To enhance the cultural experience, we will have a short art tour as an intermission as well as live music performed by Jess from “The Infrequents”
Our sold out Sichuanese supper is back, only this time we have a different menu and plenty of crisp white wines to quench down the numbing sensation. We will also have some live music to jazz up the evening. For those who crave authentic Sichuanese (our chef is from Chongqing), don’t miss out on this re-run!
Chef Yammi from The American Club will be demonstrating her culinary prowess for this special event.
Steak is her specialty and you can expect to be ‘wowed’ by her 45 day dry aged Tomahawk steak and Colorado Lamb. She will also be procuring a live Canadian King Crab and demonstrating how she cooks it two ways in front of her diners for her signature Japanese crab egg custard and grilled king crab leg.
Let’s get smoked together and celebrate the 7 flavours of Sichuan cuisine: salty, sweet, bitter, acid, pungent, nutty, and of course, spicy. Chef Audrey will guide us through an authentic 8-course country-style meal that will tantalise and surely numb our tastebuds.
Experience the diversity and richness of Persian cuisine – an amalgamation of accents from the Far East and Middle East, along with some Eastern Mediterranean influences.
Together we will enjoy a heavenly and sumptuous feast Persian dishes (think barberries, pomegranate, pistachio, saffron, aubergine and lamb) and expect to become acquainted with new friends as we break bread together and sip wine into the late evening.
Watch pasta being made in front of you in this supper club featuring the best of Southern Italian cuisine by Chef Gavino Puli. What’s more? We have a live band singing tunes from the 90s and plenty of Italian specialities cooked with fervent passion in this miraculous evening.
