Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our dinner parties are intimate and are meticulously planned to ensure customers enjoy the ultimate curated social dining experience each and every time. As costs are incurred in ordering the ingredients beforehand and in booking the venue, we have enforced a strict cancellation policy to cover our expenses and opportunity costs should our guests be unfortunate enough to not be able to make each event. The policy is as follows:
For a full refund of the ticket price, cancellation must be made a full 72 hours prior to the event start time. For example, if the event begins 7:30pm Friday, cancellation should be made by Tuesday 7:30pm that week.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the event start time but less than 72 hours will be entitled to a 50% dining credit to be used towards any future events within a year.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or when the event has started will not be entitled to any refunds.
A reservation is officially canceled when the guest emails or notifies the host on SMS that he/she cannot come.
