Hello All!

After several requests from wine enthusiasts to host a BYOB supper club, this will be a dining experience for oenophiles who prefer to bring their own treasured bottles to share with other fellow wine lovers.

For wine aficionados, this is a supper not to be missed. The suggested theme is "Bring your own Burgundy” but to make things easier for all, I’d say just bring anything starting with a “B” if burgundy isn’t your thing – i.e. Brunello, Bordeaux (or whatever you are comfortable with really!).

We have Chef Angelo Cheung whipping up the meal for us. Angelo has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in 5-star hotels and prestigious restaurants with exposure to several international cuisines spanning across Italian, French, Spanish, German and Russian.

For dessert, renowned pastry chef and chocolatier Gael Majchrzak, Artistic Director of Sweet Fashion House, will prepare a little “surprise” for the guests.

Most importantly, the idea is to just Be you and have Fun. Idea is to relax and unwind at the end of a stressful work week and just be your authentic self as you come to connect with other passionate wine lovers and break some bread together.
