South East Asian Flavours Workshop

Another hands on intimate cooking class whereby we will learn 3 simple dishes with a gourmet twist that you can recreate at home (no need for massive kitchen).

We will be learning 3 dishes:

  1. Black pepper clams with thai basil and chilli. You will learn how to make the black pepper sauce from scratch.

  2. Tamarind curry leaf prawns. Learn what and how to incorporate curry leaf into your cooking as well as how to best bring out it’s delicate, citrusy flavours.

  3. Stir-fried water spinach with fermented bean curd. A simple vegetable dish akin to a morning glory.

Drinks will be provided. We can eat together too as an early Sunday dinner (before the workweek). Feel free to bring a takeaway box too.
