As requested, I will be hosting another hands-on, interactive cooking workshop on Nov 10, this time featuring some select Asian dishes, including my signature gourmet baked HK style pork chop spaghetti dish (so yes, you will know my secret sauce!).
We will be learning three dishes:
HK style baked pork chop spaghetti (a gourmet version)
Oyako Don (‘chicken and egg rice donburi’), a quintessential Japanese classic
Balsamic soy glazed thyme mushrooms
Guests just need to come empty-handed, as all drinks, ingredients and apron will be provided for (recipes will follow via email).
As I genuinely believe cooking is best learnt by doing, class size will be restricted to 8 persons, two per workstation (teamwork yes).
And as all my events have a social angle, guests will have the privilege to dine together and share their “works of art” with other guests while sipping on some wine.
