Seafood Cooking Workshop

The star of the show today will be on the salmon. We will be creating two salmon dishes designed to impress your guests. This will be a hands-on class where everyone will be cooking. Feel free to enjoy our creations as an early dinner with others or take home (bring takeaway box).

Learn how to pan-fry salmon skin crispy and make wasabi foam from scratch without a gourmet whip but simply with a stick blender or a mini coffee whip. We will also be making our own salmon and avocado tartare with yuzu dressing and making parmesan crisps in the oven to go with it.

This lesson I’ll be procuring premium sustainable seafood products from Qwehli, an avant-garde seafood brand based on the port of Lorient, first fishing Port in France. Recognised as the “Fishmonger of the Chefs”, all their fish and shellfish are frozen with advanced conservation technologies which enables the products to be kept “just like fresh”.
