This is a very special event for the LGBT community and will be open for all those who identify as “queers” and pals of queers.
To celebrate the occasion, I have sourced a quirky and colourful venue centrally located near Pacific Place 3 called Pop Up and have locked the entire venue out for our own private party. DJ has been arranged and there is even the possibility of a Drag Queen too (not arranged by me).
To top it up, I have devised a bespoke menu featuring what I believe to be the most heavenly Asian flavours. One need not bring anything except their true selves. Guest are encouraged to behave, yet misbehave and to simply indulge. Of course, feel free to invite friends too (just need to let me know by signing up to the homepage and event form below so I can manage headcount).

- Salted Egg Yolk Prawn Spaghetti
- Wasabi beef cubes with garlic chips
- Pan-fried chicken thighs with burnt miso butterscotch and walnut salsa
- Thai papaya salad
- Brussel sprouts with black garlic, chorizo and shallots
- Steamed coconut jasmine rice
- Dessert: Green tea / coconut ice-cream
Plenty of drinks and wine will be served on the premises. Special welcome drink too to help get the evening rolling.
