Another fun dinner party whereby you can meet diverse yet like-minded people over a rustic home cooked meal cooked by me.

The drill is simple. Bring yourself and a bottle of wine and be prepared to meet new friends over a communal meal in an intimate setting. Exchange stories, banter, laugh. Eat, drink, and be merry.

I will make everything fresh on the day utilising the highest quality ingredients I can source. My style of cooking is healthy and minimalist, as I like to focus on the produce and letting the ingredients speak for themselves.

• Burrata with grilled grapes and basil

• Grilled leeks with hazelnut beurre noisette

• Seafood, fennel and lime salad

• Green salad with sumac, red onion and all spice

• Roast rack of pork with apples

• Slow roasted Tasmanian salmon with lemon and dill yoghurt sauce

• Roast Australian baby potatoes with rosemary and thyme

• Grilled peaches with vanilla bean ice-cream
