This dinner party will be more special as we have arranged for a sommelier to guide us through a wine pairing dinner.
Ace Lee has been certified as a Sommelier since 2006 and for the past decade, he has worked with hotels such as Sheraton and Hotel Icon as a Sommelier and has experience in presenting and educating diners for intimate dinner parties (like our one!).
Ace has kindly prepared 5 wines to pair with our bespoke Mediterranean menu (which btw, will feature premium sustainable and traceable seafood products from Qwehli (products used by Michelin restaurants in Hong Kong)). Note that the wines will be added to the menu in due course (so have a placeholder for here now).
We will finish off the evening with more mingling and an assortment of French cheeses.
