Last Saturday was a very special day for us. Why? Simply because we hosted our first social dining experience at an artist’s house in Clearwater Bay whereby we all dined together outdoors surrounded by lush greenery.

Amidst the ongoing chaos in Hong Kong, a group of us gathered together over a Chinese tea experience hosted by Mary Lo, followed by a communal meal outdoors to celebrate a love for community, harmony, and beauty. We also had the pleasure to take a tour of Kate Padget-Koh’s house and understand the themes behind her artworks.

Food was lovingly prepared by Pesto and Labs, a couple who specialises mainly in pescetarian and vegetarian cuisine.

The evening was magical with palpable energy as people chose to slow down and were reminded to be present in conversations while enjoying authentic home made cuisine that nourished their body and minds.
