Starting 2018 with a BANG!

To welcome the new year, let's all congregate on the communal table, connect with new friendly faces and chow-down on a sumptuous feast.

TENTATIVE MENU:

Welcome drink and ice-breaking finger food:

- Welcome champagne 

- Cucumber creme fraiche smoked salmon canapes

As the conversation unfolds and people are seated:

- Dairy-free creamy butternut carrot squash soup

- Roast Cauliflower with coriander seeds, dates, and za'atar

- Mixed leaf orange duck breast salad (U.S. natural duck breast) 

- Roast Australian free-range pork belly crackling with rosemary and sage. Serve with home-made apple cinnamon sauce and roast Australian rosemary baby potatoes.

- Braised rosemary balsamic red wine lamb shanks  

- Roast Australian carrots with tahini dressing and pomegranate jewels

- Brussel sprouts with pomegranate molassesm, black garlic, and caramelised shallots

To finish off:

- Apple pie with vanilla bean ice-cream

 

Finer details:

While i will have a bottle or two to kick-start the evening, the supper club is BYO. As places are limited, it is advisable to confirm attendance and mark your spot by wiring me 800HKD.
