Following the success of the first Sichuanese supper, this is chef Audrey’s re-run of her authentic Sichuanese dishes (but with some new ones). The dinner will be accompanied by an endless pouring of Italian prosecco and white wines to balance out the numbing Sichuan peppercorns.
